1) Session fees cover Laura Reive's time and skill only and do not include products/prints. Images, prints and products are purchased separately. 2) In the event of illness, please contact Laura Reive Photography as soon as possible to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Reshoots are only available at the photographer's discretion. 3) Laura's camera/s are the only camera/s allowed at Laura Reive Photography sessions. Any and all types of client recording devices (phones, cameras, video cameras, etc.) may not be used. 4) Laura Reive and Laura Reive Photography will not be held liable for injury to yourself, your children or individuals attending your session. 5) Your proofs will be posted in a password-protected online gallery within 2 weeks of the session date (30-40 proofs depending on the type of session). Files not shown have been purged and are not available for viewing or for purchase. Your proofing gallery will be available for 1 week and expires on the 7th day at midnight (expiration date is included in your gallery access password). The proofing gallery will be posted for 1 week. There is a $25 fee to have the gallery posted for an additional week. Minor retouching is included with purchase of your prints. Major retouching may incur additional fees. 6) If you have chosen to purchase digital images, your images will be provided in colour and black and white in both high resolution and low resolution watermarked versions. Low resolution watermarked images must be used unedited in their original crop for online medium such as social networking sites, personal websites or for any online usage. Images may not be altered for printing other than to crop minimally to the needed aspect ratio. Laura is not responsible for printing errors or for quality of prints or products not printed directly by her. 7) Ordered session images are kept on file for a 1 year period for reordering purposes. Although backed up regularly, Laura Reive Photography cannot be held responsible for loss of files due to exceptional circumstances such as equipment failure. 8) Due to the custom nature of photography, once images and products are ordered, all sales are final. 9) Laura Reive owns and retains the exclusive copyright to all images taken during the session (including purchased digital images). It is illegal for anyone other than Laura Reive to scan, copy, screenshot or or reproduce Laura’s work in any way (excepting purchases of digital files with Limited Print Release – Laura’s written permission). Laura will make reproductions for the client or anyone with whom the client shares the password-protected ordering gallery. All digital images/negatives remain the property of Laura Reive. Unless requested not to, Laura reserves the right to use these files for display, her portfolio, samples, or blog. Under no circumstances can a client use these images for profit, commercial endeavors, in competitions, or for professional display. It is illegal to copy images (by taking screen shots, downloading, or other) you have or have not purchased.
